Install Redash without docker on Centos

enable Remi repo
install redis
install python3
create redash installation folder, python env, environment variables
clone redash source code from github
pull python dependencies in venv
setup systemd for redash-server
setup systemd for redash-worker
setup systemd for redash-scheduler
setup apache virtual domain for front end and backend proxy
build front end
